I, , The Service Provider (PDP Executive) agree & authorize that the HDFC Bank shall have the right, without notice or any consent of the Service Provider(s), to approach, make enquiries, obtain information, from any person including other banks/finance entities/credit bureaus, credit information companies, information utilities, Service Provider(s) employer/family members, any other person related to the Service Provider(s), to obtain any information during the service tenor / otherwise.
I, hereby authorize HDFC Bank to obtain Credit Information from any Credit Bureaus or any other institutions to comply with the RBI Guidelines as and when required.
